Warranty Q. What is your warranty period?
  A. We offer a one-year warranty on all products from the date of delivery on manufacturer defect. Glass and mirrors are warranted against breakage for one month from date of delivery.
 
Order Q. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
  A. Since we provide a guaranteed freight program to our clients a minimum order is required to qualify for the guaranteed freight program.
 
Shipping Q. Can your product ship UPS?
  A. Many of our items qualify for UPS shipment; freight is billed at carrier quote.
 
Shipping Q. What is your standard transit time?
  A. Orders received are processed through our warehouse in 48 hours with available inventory; carrier transit time is seven to ten days.
 
Repairs Q. Do you need authorizations for vendor repairs and charge backs?
  A. We reserve the right to replace product with new product or parts before giving authorization for repair or return. If repair is needed an authorization number will be needed from our customer service department before repair is begun. All charge backs must have prior authorization before goods can be returned.
 
Parts Q. Do you offer parts replacement?
  A. We have a well-stocked parts department and our customer service department will be happy to help you with replacement parts for your product free of charge during the warranty period. There is a small charge after warranty period expires.
 
Claims Q. What is your policy on freight damage claims?
  A. We ask our clients to note any damages on freight bill. We will be happy to assist with your freight claims on all damage reported within three weeks of delivery date. After the three-week policy period has passed the consignee becomes responsible for filing claim.
