Service Terms

Freight Claims: Michael Lynn Designs will be happy to assist you with your freight claims. All damage must be noted on freight bill and reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

After 10 day all freight claims become the responsibility of the consignee. Please contact customer service.
 
Parts/Repair: We maintain a well-stocked parts department; please contact our customer service department with all requests. All repairs must be pre-authorized before work is started.
 
Returns: Please contact our customer service department and they will assign return authorization number and make arrangements for return. Returns due to damage or defect will be replaced with new product.
 
Terms: Net 30 Days, F.O.B. Kent, WA.
 
Warranty: All items are warranted against manufacturer defect for one year from date of shipment to consignee. Glass & Mirror are warranted against breakage for three weeks from receipt of goods to consignee.
